As a New York State– and New York City–certified minority- and woman-owned business, we bring practitioner-informed design, system-level insight, and execution capacity to support high-quality, implementable work on district, state, and philanthropic RFPs.
We are most often engaged as a named MWBE partner on proposals that require a deep understanding of schools and districts, credible engagement with educators, and the ability to translate proposals into strong delivery once awarded.

Designing standards-aligned, equity-centered instructional materials, scope and sequence documents, and educator-facing resources grounded in classroom practice.

Designing and facilitating professional learning experiences for teachers, school leaders, and district staff, including workshops, multi-session series, and communities of practice.
School quality reviews and improvement planning
Conducting school reviews, classroom observations, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis, and developing actionable recommendations to support improvement efforts.
Implementation and coordination support
Supporting project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to proposal commitments, and responsive to partner and district needs.
Educator and stakeholder engagement
Leading or supporting facilitation, training, and communication with educators, school leaders, and system stakeholders as part of larger initiatives.
